We are accepting applicants for an on-campus position for Summer!

Position Summary: The IT Helpdesk is hiring students with availability between 8am and 5pm Monday – Friday.  Applicants should possess good customer service skills and be comfortable talking to people.  This position provides assistance to UTC faculty, staff, and students that call the IT Helpdesk. Tasks can include answering the telephone, directing calls to the appropriate departments, and problem solving.

We are accepting applicants for an on-campus position for Summer!

Position Summary: Enterprise Systems is hiring for a Student IT Analyst position that provides hands-on experience with technology and processes used by UTC's information technology and student services offices. 

• Assist with user support, data analysis, documentation, training, testing, and problem solving.
• Research new technology solutions to support the enhancement of business processes and student services.
• Participate in the planning and implementation of new technology solutions.
• Participate in the development of custom programming projects.
• Other duties as assigned based on interests of the student employee and/or needs of the office

Position Summary: This position is responsible for assisting with first tier technical support of software, hardware, classroom technology, printing, and network issues to UTC faculty, staff and students. Students may be assigned to work in the IT Solution Center, Field Support or IT Infrastructure teams.
