Registration and Request Forms
UTC Police meets its mission by providing the following forms and registrations for our campus community.
Bicycle Registration
As a campus with many bike owners and racks throughout our property, a great way to ease the pain of a potential bike theft on campus is to register your bike with us. Describe your bike down to the manufacture model, serial number, color, and more!
Campus Concealed Carry
As of July 1, 2016, Tennessee law, TCA 39-17-1309 allows generally all University of Tennessee full-time employees with a valid handgun permit to carry a concealed handgun on the University of Tennessee property.
Complaint/Compliment Form
It is the policy of the UTC Police Department to investigate all complaints against department employees.
Citizens may file a complaint or compliment anonymously, using the online complaint form (link below), also in person or in writing, with the Chief of Police.
Crime Prevention Program Request
The UTC Police Department provides classes/programs on an as-needed/as-available basis. This request can be made by any sponsor, organization, or department. Contact Sergeant Willie Trueitt or use the online form below to get started.
Electronics Registration
When you fill out the form to the right, your electronic device will be registered to the UTC Police Department. By registering your device, this will ensure that we have your electronic device information in case of your property being stolen or damaged in a fire or natural disaster.

If you represent a University program or affiliate and need event staffing, please fill out the following form.
Records Request
Please complete this form when requesting a University of Tennessee at Chattanooga Police Department traffic accident reports and police reports.
