Orientation Fee Deferral Request
The orientation fee deferral allows for new students to add their orientation fee to the billing statement of their first semester. Current students or those not enrolling at UTC should not complete this form.

Orientation Fee
Freshman: $75 for student, $35 per guest (2 guest max)
Transfer: $75 for student, $35 per guest (2 guest max)

In order to have your fee deferral processed, please complete the following steps:

1. Log in to the Registration Portal
2. Complete all sections of the orientation registration except for the payment.
3. Please be sure that you have added all guests to your reservation before submitting this form.
4. Complete and submit the Orientation Fee Deferral Request Form. By submitting this form, you agree to have your orientation fee added to your final bill for your first semester enrolled at UTC.

If you attend orientation, but do not enroll at UTC you will still be responsible for the orientation fee.
